Criteria for Price Matching
We will match the price of any identical product found at a lower price on a competing website. To qualify for our Price Match Policy, the following conditions must be met:
- Identical Product: The item must be the exact same model, color, size, and configuration.
- In-Stock Item: The product must be available and in stock on the competitor’s website.
- Legitimate Competitor: The competitor must be a legitimate retailer with a valid website (e.g., no third-party marketplaces or auction sites).
- Same Shipping: The competitor must offer shipping to the same location as your original order.
Exclusions
Price match requests will not be honored in the following cases:
- Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales.
- Special promotions, limited-time offers, or flash sales.
- Items offered with significant restrictions, such as those requiring membership or coupons.
Time Frame for Price Match Requests
Price match requests must be made within 7 days of your original purchase date. After this period, we are unable to process price match requests.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, please follow these steps:

- Provide Proof: Include a link or screenshot of the competitor’s price for the identical product.
- Wait for Confirmation: Our team will verify the price and inform you of the outcome.
Refund Process
If your price match is approved, we will issue a store credit for the difference. The store credit will be applied to your account and can be used for future purchases on our website.
